Our kitchen has always been a center of culinary experimentation and innovation.
Unsurprising with my degree in Human Nutrition and a Food Scientist husband. Our adventures have taken us from living in Texas and searching out the best Tex-Mex, to street carts of Thailand and their myriad culinary treasures, to Minneapolis where we ran a small goat dairy and made our own farmstead cheese – we have always been in love with locally crafted authentic food.
Redemption Brew Works was born out of that passion, and a drive to help our children to overcome severe digestive and cognitive issues via healthy diets and immune systems aided by the great tasting probiotic brews we are creating – and we now share them and help others live healthier, fuller lives through better nutrition and great taste while not forgetting the fun of sharing a refreshing beverage with friends and family.
